All packages to destinations abroad are shipped by registered air mail with receipt acknowledgement due (RAD) from the local post office in Pune, India. Transit time from Pune to ultimate destination is about 12-15 days depending on the location. We do not accept any resposibility for loss or damage in transit. Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or returned. Packages to destinations within India are shipped by courier service wherever available. Delivery time is 2 days to most locations. Remote locations are serviced thru the post office.
